What is a healthy breakfast cereal?
Many breakfast cereals are good, but when shopping for healthy cereal choices use caution! Companies use marketing and packaging techniques to manipulate consumers into thinking they are making a healthy choice! As a rule of thumb, one can use the Nutrition Label to compare between options; pick the breakfast item that is:
- Lower in FAT
- Higher in FIBRE
- Lower in SUGAR
